MPV is grateful for kind and generous sponsors who help to support athletes that are not able to pay for their entire club fees and need financial assistance. For these athletes, you may fill out the below sponsorship application. Please note that we do not have the funding to assist every athlete that applies. Our sponsorship team will go through each submitted application and determine the applicant(s) who will be awarded available funding based on the need of each athlete.
